Massage Therapist

The thing I love most about being a massage therapist is how healing it is on so many levels. Not only does it release stress and tension for my clients, it also creates such a zen atmosphere, which is a great benefit to me as well.  When I’m not working, I spend my time hiking, paddle boarding or snuggled up on the sofa with a good book. My two top self care tips are to drink plenty of water (it has a multitude of benefits!!) and to practice yoga as often as possible.
