What do you love about massage?
I believe in taking a holistic approach to the way we live in our bodiesand so holistic massage is for me a natural path on which to develop my skills in therapeutic and preventative healthcare.
My work brings its own fulfilment and helping people achieve their
own goals in life is a joy.
What do you do when you're not massaging?
I enjoy walking and running in the beautiful Norfolk countryside and
gardening at home, while devoting time to stillness and awareness.
Best de-stress activity?
Self-Reiki, running and meditation.
Five favourite things?
Walking in the countryside at night; hearing tawny owls; early dawn;
the first bulbs in spring; seeing the first swallows; stillness. (I know
