Receiving a good massage from a caring therapist can be
pleasurable and uplifting. It leaves me with a deeply rested
mind and a recharged body, along with a renewed sense of
optimism. And giving massages is a real privilege -

I run with Parkrun at Sheringham Park -great for keeping me fit and making friends. I practise yoga
and meditation, and I love to camp and hike in the

A long walk in woodlands, along a clifftop, or by the edge of the sea; anywhere as long as I can breathe fresh air and enjoy the sights, sounds and scents of the natural world
